Plain rules for using deepmood on the web and in the mobile apps.

The service

• deepmood is a library of ambient sounds you can mix, save and share. The website is free. The mobile apps are free to download; some limits can be removed with a one-time purchase called deepmood Forever.
• Sounds are provided for personal listening. Attribution and licence notes shown next to a sound apply to that sound. Do not redistribute the files or use them in other products without checking those notes.
• Content may change: sounds can be added, edited or removed at any time.

deepmood Forever (in-app purchase)

• A single, non-recurring payment made through the App Store or Google Play. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.
• It unlocks the features listed on the purchase screen for the account (Apple ID or Google account) that bought it, on every device signed in to that account. Use Restore purchases after reinstalling or changing phones.
• Prices are shown in the store in your local currency. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue them ourselves.
• Features included in the unlock may grow over time. Features that require the network need a working connection.

Fair use and availability

Do not attempt to overload, scrape or attack the service, or to bypass the purchase. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to what applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
