Privacy policy
Short version: deepmood has no user accounts, no advertising and no tracking SDKs. The little it records is anonymous.
What the website records
- Page views and listening statistics. Which pages were opened, which sounds were played and for how long, and which sounds were combined in a mix. Your IP address is never stored; it is replaced with a salted hash that cannot be reversed and that changes when the site's secret changes.
- Likes. Stored under the same anonymous hash so the heart stays filled on your next visit.
- Saved mixes, favourites and the effects toggle live only in your browser's local storage. They never reach the server unless you share a link.
- Server logs. The hosting provider keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting.
What the mobile apps record
- An anonymous install id. A random identifier generated on your device when the app first starts. It is not linked to your name, e-mail, Apple ID or Google account, and you can reset it at any time in the app's settings.
- Usage events. Which sounds played and for how long, which mixes were played, that the app was opened, and the app version. These reach the server with the install id hashed the same way as IP addresses above.
- Purchases. The one-time unlock is sold by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details; the server only counts how many unlocks happened per day.
- Downloaded sounds, saved mixes and settings stay on your device.
What is not collected
No names, e-mail addresses, contacts, location, microphone, advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking. There are no third-party analytics or advertising networks.
Retention and your rights
Statistics are kept in aggregate for as long as the service runs. Because nothing can identify you, there is nothing personal to export or delete; resetting the install id in the app or clearing your browser storage severs any link to earlier events. Questions: see the support page.
Strona i aplikacje zapisują wyłącznie anonimowe statystyki: odsłony, odtworzenia dźwięków i czas słuchania, skład odtwarzanych miksów.
Można go zresetować w ustawieniach aplikacji.
