Before you write

Sound stops when the screen locks (app): make sure the app is not restricted in your phone's battery settings. On Android, some manufacturers (Xiaomi, Huawei, Samsung) need the app allowed to run in the background.
Unlock missing after reinstalling: open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account.
A shared link opens empty: the link must contain the part after #; some messengers cut it off. Ask for the link again or paste it into Mixes → Paste link.
Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple and Google; request a refund through their support pages.
